Client Confidentiality

The Principals of Veracap understand that maintaining confidentiality is extremely important to our clients.  We do not publish the identities of our clients or make our involvement in any engagement known outside of our firm, without first obtaining the consent of our clients.  We undertake measures to safeguard our client’s confidential information, and we establish communication protocols to reduce the risk that a pending transaction will be disclosed to unauthorized parties.
