Eva is Director of Veracap Corporate Finance and Campbell Valuation Partners Limited. Eva’s practice focuses on advisory services in M&A and corporate finance deal structuring with a specialization in business valuations for buy/sell business transactions, income tax reorganizations, commercial litigation and damage quantification, shareholder disputes, estate and succession planning and matrimonial matters.

Eva is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator. She is involved in professional organizations including the Canadian and Ontario Institutes of Chartered Accountants, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators and the Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec.

Eva holds a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accountancy and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. She has sat on several boards for not-for-profit organizations, is a regular guest speaker on financial and business topics and has authored numerous papers and newspaper articles.
