Jack is a Founding Director of Veracap M&A International, Inc. Jack joined Veracap in 2009 when J.R.Janus Merchant Brokers Ltd. merged with Veracap. Jack Founded the investment banking firm,  J.R.Janus in 1987. Prior to 1987, Jack had a successful career in management consulting, - Wm. M. Mercer and Hickling Johnston Limited, and corporate marketing and advertising, - Beecham Products, Bristol-Myers, and Ogilvy and Mather.

Over the past 25 years, Jack has been retained by family businesses and domestic and multi-national corporations to complete divestitures and acquisitions. Through membership in M&A international, Inc., he has been able to support clients globally, calling on over 600 professionals, in 41 partner firms in 39 countries.

Jack obtained an Honours B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business. He has served as Chairman/President/Director of a number of public and private companies. He is a Certified Management Consultant - Life Member, past President of both the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and M&A International, Inc., and served on the Executive of the local World Presidents’ Organization (WPO) for many years.
